Chief Executive Officer

Craig Shugert is Chief Executive Officer and President of Good Source Solutions. In this capacity, Craig is responsible for developing the strategic vision and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Good Source. 

Prior to joining Good Source, Craig served as President and Chief Operating Officer of RSI Home Products where he grew revenues nearly 300%. With more than 10 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, Craig is focusing his efforts to further extend Good Source’s leadership position through new product development and targeted sales efforts in emergent channels.  Craig’s experience in driving growth combined with his expertise in supply chain management will be a foundation for evolving Good Source. 

Craig believes change is good - and necessary - in order to stay ahead of the competition and prides himself on being a collaborative team builder who considers teamwork the key to achieving success.  As Craig contends, "I look forward to mentoring the Good Source team and leading them to continue the success of Good Source."

Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Southern California and a Masters in Business Administration from University of California, Irvine.  Craig currently resides in Southern California where he enjoys spending time with his family.
