Paul Ladouceur joined Good Source in March 2010 as the Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Good Source, Paul spent 8 years with Hyatt Hotels, 15 years with Compass Group/Canteen Corporation, 3 years with Five Star Food Services and, most recently, with Aramark Corporation.

Paul attended College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York and graduated first in his class from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His educational background and vast experience from the culinary perspective and procurement side are sure to make him a success at Good Source.

Paul enjoys free time with his wife, Robin and their two daughters, Diana and Claire. Paul is also an avid reader and a huge spectator of basketball, football and NASCAR racing.
