Steven Guy joined Good Source in 2008 as the Executive Director of The Treasure Box and currently works as the Vice President of Operations. Steve brings to Good Source a unique blend of 25+ years in business in supply chain, logistics and planning with 3+ years service in ministry to churches, non-profits and communities. Steve enjoys working at Good Source because “we are about people…not just getting a job done.”

Steve was born in Montgomery, AL and raised in Orange County, CA. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Bible Theology from Biola University as well as a Masters degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. Steve is also certified (CPIM) through APICS and has taught sessions on MRP, Inventory Management and Forecasting.

Steve believes in servant leadership. “It is not about power or position. Leadership is about empowerment and equipping.” Steve believes in never compromising your integrity and sees himself metaphorically as an orchestra conductor in his managerial role. He takes people through a plan that is put into place to facilitate a sense of security and focus in achieving the success for everyone.

In his free time, Steve enjoys studying military history, learning about strategies, tactics, leadership and decision empowerment. His love of music finds him always whistling a tune. Family is a priority. Steve and his wife Judy enjoy spending time with their three grown daughters and especially spoiling their grandchildren.
