Garlic Love - Garlic Teriyaki Tempeh & Broccoli

Garlic and Teryaki partner up and create a healthy, delicious meal. This entree is filled with sensational flavors, vegetables and quinoa. Create this delectable dish for lunch or dinner. 

Ingredients

  • 3/20 cup Coconut Oil
  • 8 oz. Tempeh, bulk (*Good Source Product)
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 1/2 lb. Broccoli, trimmed & blanched
  • 4 each Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 cup Teriyaki Sauce (*Good Source Product)

Instructions

In a saute pan, brown tempeh over medium heat in coconut oil.

Coat tempeh in teriyaki sauce and nutritional yeast.

Add broccoli and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve over prepared quinoa.
