SALES ASSISTANT
This person will be assisting three very busy sales reps with everything from data entry, marketing, travel plans, follow up with customers, shipment tracking, and all things administrative.  We need someone who is flexible and can change directions easily as they will be assisting reps with very different needs and customer bases. Successful qualities include: exceptional time management skills, strong multi-tasking skills, a keen attention to detail, a pleasant  and outgoing attitude, great phone skills (able to contact customers and obtain information), ability to create marketing flyers/brochures, computer savvy with a strong knowledge of Excel. College degree in a related field required. Prior experience in a fast paced sales, retail, restaurant or office environment is ideal.
